Venture One Properties was founded in 2008 by principle owner and broker Shane Murphy. Venture One Properties is commonly known in Southeast Idaho as a commercial real estate brokerage that specializes in sales and leasing transactions for retail, industrial, and land development projects. Throughout his career, Shane has built Venture One Properties to be a pillar of success and commitment to client satisfaction in Southeast Idaho.

In 2014, Venture One Properties launched the residential redline division – the residential real estate line of Venture One Properties, V1 Homes Real Estate. V1 Homes Real Estate uses the proven tools and techniques pioneered in the commercial side of our business to bust into new markets and extend the Venture One reach. V1 Homes Real estate focus primarily on exquisite, higher-end homes, and unique properties because we believe the tools, database resources, personal contacts, and marketing strategies used in the commercial line of our business will give us a competitive edge in this portion of the market. As always, service and client satisfaction will remain our primary goal in all of our new Ventures.
